The velvety and finesse of Pinot Noir Balavaud Grand Cru harmonizes admirably with the tannins to make it a pleasant and well-structured wine, worthy of a vintage of great lineage. The Pinot Noir was harvested very early, in order to preserve all the complexity of the aromas of this grape variety.
