The wine is as it should be, expressive and complex. At first nose we perceive the expression of its rocky, mineral terroir. Then, we discover notes of quince and beeswax, punctuated with notes of chalk. Its mouth is distinguished, harmonious, accompanied by a beautiful liveliness which gives it its straight and precise structure. We detect beautiful aromas of bitter almonds. The ample and generous finish retains a touch of freshness which gives it balance.

This Johannisberg characterizes a terroir, the passion of the winemaker for his work. It will age elegantly over the years, becoming more complex and will charm with its palette of aromas.
