The wine is, as it should be, very expressive, complex on the nose, with notes of lemon peel, white-fleshed fruits and minerals. Its mouth is distinguished, harmonious, with a beautiful liveliness which gives it its straight and precise structure. The finish is full and generous and retains a touch of minerality and freshness.

“Despite its seductive maturity and impressive concentration, it is a mysterious dry white that opens only slowly in the glass. Fascinating smoky and savory depths are revealed, along with notes of gentian root and vanilla. Very long, almost austere and dry finish. From Alpine vineyards located between 650 and 800 meters above sea level. Grapes from organic farming. To drink or to keep. » Translation of the commentary published in 'Jamessuckling.com' in August 2022 - James Suckling (94/100).
