It is adorned with a beautiful pale yellow color with golden highlights. An initial nose of fresh yellow fruits, then subtle citrus aromas. On the palate, we find the typicality of a local Petite Arvine, lively, elegant and structured, punctuated with notes of candied lemons and cooked rhubarb. The finish is characterized by its length, its freshness and its beautiful minerality.
