GALLY BLANC is a wonderfully harmonious wine, combining accessibility and refinement from the very first sip. Its vibrant freshness and elegant structure make it a wine that seduces with its lightness and depth. On the palate, the balance is simply remarkable. A slight roundness adds a touch of indulgence, while a beautiful tonicity structures the whole and prolongs this sensation of freshness. This Blanc de Noir de Gamay, blended with Amigne, the emblematic grape variety of Vétroz, and a touch of Sauvignon Blanc, finds its perfect balance between freshness, fruitiness and complexity. This blend of grape varieties reveals fruity and floral aromas, supported by a beautiful liveliness. The vinification was carried out with care to preserve the purity of the aromas and the freshness of the wine. The first fermentation was carried out under strict temperature control in order to maintain a beautiful aromatic expression and preserve the liveliness of the grapes. No second fermentation was carried out in order to preserve the wine's freshness and lightness. The result is a fresh, well-structured wine of great finesse, where each sip recalls the liveliness and elegance of the Valais grape varieties.
