A pure Pinot Noir from a selection of some magnificent plots particularly suitable for this grape variety in central Valais. This vintage was vinified with lots of fruitiness and elegance. After a long cold maceration which allows fruitiness and color to be extracted, a part is aged in vats in the classic way and another in barrels, for 1 year.

It is a dense and harmonious wine, with a complex and intense nose. The palate is velvety, supple, accompanied by aromas of small red fruits such as blackcurrant, raspberry and beautiful spicy notes of liquorice and pepper.
