Emblematic wine of the Domaine, this Fendant perfectly illustrates the schist terroir of the slopes of the Vétroz vineyard. Structure, freshness and minerality are the three pillars that make up this wine. It has an intense pale yellow color with gray reflections. The fullness on the palate is balanced by a beautiful acidic structure punctuated with mineral notes. A lively and distinguished Fendant; a Fendant of terroir.

“The effusive nose of sliced pear suggests this may have some sweetness, but this Swiss chasselas turns bone-dry after the juicy first impression on the palate. Striking wet-stone and salty minerality drives the long, lemony finish. Drink or hold.»
