A Cornalin of emotion….

A beautiful intense purple color with velvet highlights.
On the nose, we detect a festival of aromas: fleshy red cherry, morello cherry, cooked prunes and cloves, as well as fine notes of black pepper.
In the mouth, we are first charmed by this elegant and crunchy attack. We then let ourselves be captivated by its volume and roundness. All supported by fine and silky tannins.
Aging in wood gives this wine great complexity and power.
Companion to your simmered dishes at parties, with characterful cheeses, or quite simply by the fireside with friends.

This wine was called local red before Jean-Nicollier gave it the name Cornalin in 1972
