Johannisberg de Chamoson 2025 - Rated 95/100 by Robert Parker

The Johannisberg de Chamoson 2025 opens with very elegant and fragrant fruit aromas, both refined and flavourful, with mineral and smoky nuances derived from the alluvial terroir. This wine is off-dry, yet its flavours are exceptionally delicate; its structure offers a lovely mouthfeel and mineral tension, even though it is a sweet Sylvaner from Chamoson – very refined and elegant, magnificently balanced whilst remaining dense. It is an extraordinary white wine, with a very long finish and truly captivating!

CAYAS Syrah Reserve 2023 - Rated 94/100 by Robert Parker

Aged for two years in Burgundy oak barrels, the young but fascinating Cayas Syrah from Valais Réserve 2023 presents a deep and intense nose, whilst remaining refined with toasty notes. Full-bodied, round and mineral on the palate, this is a generous yet refined and elegant Syrah, endowed with remarkable tension, character and minerality. Everything about it is lively and full of energy.

Pinot Noir de Vex Clos de la Couta 2023 - Rated 94/100 by Robert Parker

The Pinot Noir de Vex Clos de la Couta 2023 reveals a deep, fresh and smoky nose, at once elegant, intense and pure, unveiling aromas of blackberry and tart cherry at full ripeness, as well as savoury notes of terroir and hints of salinity. Silky, fresh and taut on the palate, this is a full-bodied, intense and charming red wine, with concentrated fruit aromas and enticing salinity, interwoven with fine tannins. It is an impressive terroir-driven Pinot Noir that was fermented in 600-litre barrels and aged there for a year. Impressive!

Petite Arvine 2024 - Rated 93/100 by Robert Parker

Bottled in May 2025, the Petite Arvine 2024 is grown on gneiss and slate soils from various plots in central Valais. It is vinified in stainless steel tanks with automatic bâtonnage (approximately three times during vinification). Its intense, smoky nose, marked by notes of yeast, reveals aromas of stewed rhubarb and ripe, juicy peach, interwoven with very delicate phenolic notes.
Elegant and fresh on the palate, this is an intense, full-bodied, textured and enticing Arvine, with generous, aromatic fruit and a long, complex, savoury and briny finish.
Fendant Balavaud Vetroz Grand Cru 2024 - Rated 92/100 by Robert Parker

The Fendant Balavaud Vetroz Grand Cru 2024 was aged on lees for around 10 months. Intense on the nose but understated on the palate, this is a full-bodied, intense and mineral white wine with a firm structure, offering aromas of star fruit and barely ripe pear, underpinned by a lovely saline base. From a cooler vintage, this is a wine with great ageing potential, boasting a substantial structure and an enticing finish.
