Description

This Fendant illustrates the schistous terroir of the Valais vineyards. Structure, freshness and minerality are the three pillars that make up this wine. It has an intense pale yellow colour with grey highlights. The fullness on the palate is balanced by a beautiful acidity punctuated with mineral notes.
