Conceived in the wake of its predecessor, the cuvée reflects the desire to preserve its spirit, in an interpretation where the purity of the fruit meets the delicacy of the moment.
Some cuvées are born from intention, others from evidence. From the very first tastings, GALLY Blanc brought together every generation of the Domaine, from the youngest talent to the most experienced eye.

The elegance of an exceptional blend
GALLY Blanc is born from a subtle dialogue between three grape varieties, each bringing its own voice to the final harmony.
Gamay vinified as Blanc de Noir
Revealing a more confidential facet, Gamay vinified as a white wine brings structure and volume to the blend. It gives the wine breadth, an enveloping texture and a discreet depth that complements the freshness of the other grape varieties.
Amigne
Native to the Valais terraces of Vétroz, Amigne lends the wine its roundness and aromatic richness. Its delicately smooth texture, supported by beautiful liveliness, creates a sense of balance and softness on the palate, allowing subtle notes of mandarin and white flowers to emerge.
Sauvignon Blanc
Grown both on the plains and on the hillsides, Sauvignon Blanc reveals a vibrant aromatic profile that is both fresh and refined. Its delicately marked acidity gives the wine structure and enriches the aromatic palette of the blend.

A vinification defined by finesse
Briefly aged in oak barrels, GALLY Blanc preserves the clarity of the fruit through tank ageing, followed by six months on fine lees.
The result of patient craftsmanship, the wine expresses itself through both breadth and freshness. The nose opens with inviting and elegant notes of fresh and ripe fruit.
On the palate, the balance is remarkable: a slight roundness brings generosity, while a vibrant freshness structures the whole and prolongs the sensation of freshness. A harmonious wine, both accessible and refined, that charms from the very first sip.
