For one evening only, Chez Calvin | by the Sea is celebrating the Asado, an iconic South American culinary tradition.
Much more than simply cooking over a wood fire, the Asado is a true ritual of sharing. Meat and fish are slowly grilled over hot coals, in an atmosphere where time stands still, giving way to conviviality, fine wines and wonderful encounters.
For this special event, we are delighted to share with you a selection of our exceptional wines. Gilles Besse, our winemaker and oenologist, will be on hand throughout the evening to guide you through the pairings created to complement Chez Calvin’s Asado menu.
